Service Agreement
The donor may make donations to the foundation in any amount using the virtual POS service provided by the bank via the website “https//www.kardeslikveilimvakfi.org”.
If the donor wishes to withdraw from the donation transaction and request a refund, in accordance with Article 295 and other relevant articles of the Turkish Code of Obligations, they must send a notification clearly and understandably stating the donation they wish to return (date, donation amount, name and other information) to Kardeşlik Ve İlim Vakfı - General Headquarters ....................................................... by post and also to the email address ‘info@kardeslikveilimvakfi.org’ for informational purposes. Otherwise, the withdrawal notification that does not reach the foundation will have no validity and the donation will not be refunded.
The foundation and the bank providing the virtual POS service bear no responsibility for the donation transaction.
In case of disputes arising from the donation process, the Courts of .................. shall have jurisdiction.
Privacy and Security Policy
https://www.kardeslikveilimvakfi.org requests your personal information such as name, surname, email, and phone number, as well as your credit card information and other donation-related information during the donation process. This information is transmitted to the bank to enable your donation and is requested to effectively ensure the security of the donor's information.
Cancellation and Refund
The donor has the right to withdraw from or reject the donation within seven days of the donation date, without incurring any legal or criminal liability and without giving any reason. www.kardeslikveilimvakfi.org undertakes that the Association to which the donation was made will immediately initiate the refund process upon receipt of the withdrawal notification/donor's request. The refund process is completed by deducting any fees charged by third parties (banks, etc.) from the amount to be refunded, and following the refund process of the intermediary bank or institution.
